Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nuuze (the "Platform"), including as a reader and, where applicable, as a publisher submitting content for distribution on the Platform. By creating an account, submitting a publisher application, or otherwise using Nuuze, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or publisher profile, and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Publisher Agreement

Publishers submitting a profile and content to Nuuze additionally agree that:

• All information provided during registration (including publication name, logo, contact details, address, and any additional information) is truthful and belongs to, or is authorized for use by, the publisher.
• Publisher profiles are subject to review, and Nuuze may verify, reject, suspend, or block a publisher account at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
• Content submitted for syndication must be original or properly licensed, must not infringe the rights of any third party, and must comply with applicable laws.
• Nuuze may display, distribute, and promote submitted stories across the Platform and its channels as part of normal operation of the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to submit or distribute unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing content, and not to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform.

4. Content Ownership & License

Publishers retain ownership of the content they submit. By submitting content, publishers grant Nuuze a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Platform for as long as the content remains published.

5. Termination

Nuuze may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any account that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nuuze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

Nuuze may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
